If we remove the hierarchy and discrimination than it is not called caste system, they will become Out-caste where there is no hierarchy and discrimination. But unfortunately, the out-castes are becoming caste by adopting hierarchy and discrimination. It is an imitation, which is sociologically called Sanskritization or universalisation of little traditions. Within caste the lower castes trying to become a higher castes i.e. the Shudra castes are becoming Kshatriya Castes and the Out-castes are becoming castes. We must stop the aspiration of lower caste becoming higher caste or the outcastes becoming castes. Instead, we must remove the hierarchy and discrimination and make every caste as out-caste. If one says I am not against caste system means, he or she agrees with hierarchy and discrimination, because the caste system is based on hierarchy and discrimination. Let us destroy caste system by making all castes as out-castes, where there is no hierarchy and discrimination. The out-castes will treat each other as equal. There will not be any varnadharma attached to out-castes. No caste would claim that it is from brahman Castes, kshatriya Castes, vaisya caste or shudra castes and superior or inferior to others. Every caste will become avarna or out-caste. There will be equality among all communities.
